Registration is completed online through our Shopify store.

Full payment is required at the time of registration to reserve your working spot. Working spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are not guaranteed until payment has been successfully received.

If a session reaches capacity, a waitlist will be maintained. Should a spot become available, the first person on the waitlist will be contacted and given 24 hours to accept the spot before it is offered to the next team.

Participants are welcome to register for multiple sessions, provided session times do not overlap.

Please review each session description carefully before registering. Recommended experience levels and any prerequisites are listed within each session. If you're unsure whether a session is the right fit for you and your dog, we're happy to help.

If you need to cancel your registration, please notify TNT Agility Party as soon as possible.

Refunds will only be issued if your working spot can be filled from the waitlist and notice is provided more than two weeks before the event. Cancellations received within two weeks of the event are not eligible for a refund.

Registration may not be transferred or sold to another participant without prior approval from TNT Agility Party. This helps ensure all participants meet the prerequisites for their selected sessions and allows us to manage the waitlist fairly.

In the unlikely event that TNT Agility Party must cancel a session, participants will receive a full refund for the affected session.

TNT Agility Party reserves the right to substitute instructors if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. If a suitable replacement cannot be arranged, participants will receive a full refund for the affected session.

The event will proceed rain or shine. Sessions will only be cancelled or modified in the event of severe weather or other circumstances that make it unsafe or impossible to continue. Any decisions regarding cancellations or schedule changes will be made by TNT Agility Party.

Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.

The health, safety, and well-being of all dogs and participants is our highest priority.

Only dogs that are healthy and fit to participate should attend the event. If your dog is showing signs of a contagious illness (such as coughing, vomiting, diarrhea, or fever), please leave them at home.

Bitches in season are welcome to participate. While inside the building, they must wear protective pants at all times.

Handlers are expected to maintain control of their dogs at all times and are responsible for their dog's behaviour throughout the event.

TNT Agility Party has a zero-tolerance policy for aggressive behaviour toward people or other dogs. Any dog displaying behaviour that compromises the safety of participants, instructors, volunteers, or other dogs will be asked to leave the event without refund.

Participants are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs and helping to keep the facility and surrounding grounds clean.

Please respect all agility equipment and follow instructor directions regarding its use.

Quiet, relaxed dogs are welcome to be crated ringside. Dogs that are more comfortable resting in a vehicle are welcome to do so, provided appropriate care is taken to ensure their safety and comfort.

TNT Agility Party is committed to providing a positive, supportive learning environment. We expect all participants to treat their dogs, fellow competitors, instructors, volunteers, and the facility with kindness and respect. We are here to learn, support one another, and enjoy a fantastic weekend of agility together.

Please help us keep TNT Agility a welcoming place for everyone by respecting the property and those who call it home.

• Please drive at walking speed on the driveway and throughout the property. Dogs, people, and vehicles may all be moving around the grounds.
• Please park only in designated parking areas.
• Campers located at the top of the property are private property. Please respect the privacy of those staying there and do not enter campsites unless invited.
• Please do not allow your dog to urinate on buildings, agility equipment, fencing, tents, or other event property. If your dog needs a potty break, please use the designated outdoor areas.
• Please clean up after your dog promptly and dispose of waste in the appropriate bins.
• Please dispose of all garbage properly and help us leave the facility as clean as we found it.
• Please treat the agility equipment, buildings, and grounds with care and respect.
• Please be courteous to fellow participants, volunteers, instructors, and our neighbours throughout the weekend.
• Please respect any instructions provided by event organizers or volunteers regarding parking, crating, ring access, or facility use.

Photographs and video may be taken throughout the event for promotional and educational purposes. By attending TNT Agility Party, participants acknowledge that images or video of themselves and their dogs may be used on our website, social media channels, and future promotional materials.

If you have concerns about appearing in event photography, please let us know prior to the event and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Participation in dog agility involves inherent risks for both people and dogs. By registering for TNT Agility Party, participants acknowledge these risks and agree to accept full responsibility for themselves, their dogs, and their personal property throughout the event.

TNT Agility Party, its instructors, volunteers, sponsors, and facility owners are not responsible for injury, illness, loss, theft, or damage that may occur during the event.

TNT Agility Party is committed to fostering a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.

Participants are expected to treat fellow handlers, instructors, volunteers, sponsors, and facility staff with courtesy and respect. Harassment, abusive behaviour, discrimination, or conduct that disrupts the event will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without refund.
